Privacy

Short version: I collect what you send me so I can reply to you, and nothing else. I don't sell it, I don't share it, and I don't send marketing to people who didn't ask for it.

What I collect

If you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company name if you give one, and your message. I also record which page you submitted from and any campaign tracking parameters in the link you followed, so I know which piece of outreach a conversation came from.

Why

To reply to you and to run the project if we work together. Campaign parameters are used to understand which outreach is worth continuing — they are not used to build a profile of you.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as I'm required to keep business records, then deleted.

Your rights

Under POPIA in South Africa and the GDPR in the EU and UK, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email support@yourdesign.co.za and I'll action it — same response time as everything else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Campaign parameters are held in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and are discarded when you close the tab.
